The first block of the new Rout Lëns eco-neighbourhood in southern Luxembourg comprises three residential buildings with a total of 185 homes at the entrance to the new neighbourhood: Liicht, d'Haus and a City of Esch residence offering affordable housing, supported by a 380-space covered car park. The complex covers a surface area of 19,300 m² above ground, on an infrastructure of 14,600 m².
