Wood Hub
Wood Hub is the new CFE Group headquarters in Auderghem, designed as a model for hybrid timber-concrete office buildings.
Delivered in 2023, this 6700 m² office complex combines timber and concrete using CREE technology. The building achieves BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification, and is fully fossil-free, powered by geothermal and photovoltaic systems. It stands as Belgium’s most sustainable office building and a showcase for the CFE Group’s ESG commitment.
