Details
The project delivers 12,500 m² of office space across six floors, complemented by 5,500 m² of underground parking and a distinctive 550 m² dome supported by a timber roof structure. Designed for turnkey delivery including technical installations, the building targets BREEAM Outstanding certification, with more than 70% of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste recycled or reused, and is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
