Nieuw Zuid B23 is part of the new eco-district of Antwerp, one of Europe’s largest sustainable urban developments. 

This mixed-use project will combine residential and office functions in a timber and bio-based design, scheduled for completion in 2027. The project will target BREEAM Excellent certification and integrate community-oriented spaces, green roofs, and shared mobility facilities.
