Orchard
Orchard will become a sustainable and architectural landmark in the Nieuw Zuid district of Antwerp.
Located alongside the new orchard park, the five-storey building will host several divisions of BNP Paribas Fortis as well as several support services. It will serve as a new workplace for around 350 employees. Orchard will be one of Antwerp’s most distinctive office developments in recent years — designed as a true Client House, fostering collaboration between clients, employees, and partners in a forward-looking environment.
Constructed using CREE hybrid slabs (combining timber and concrete), timber columns, and wood-frame walls, and powered by geothermal energy, Orchard exemplifies how sustainability, architectural quality, and innovative building methods can go hand in hand.
