Wooden
Leudelange, Luxembourg

Wooden is a landmark six-story office building in Leudelange, Luxembourg – the first wooden office building of its scale in the country. An exemplary building in terms of sustainable development and well-being.

Completed in late 2022 as the new Bâloise Insurance headquarters, Wooden showcases an exposed wood frame with distinctive V-shaped structural lines, giving the 9.460 m² building a unique character.

It is exemplary in sustainable design and well-being: Wooden was the second building in Luxembourg to pursue WELL Building Standard® certification, and it incorporates features like a hybrid timber-concrete structure and advanced energy systems. Co-developed by BPI Real Estate and IKO Real Estate, the project achieved high sustainability ambitions and provides a fossil-fuel-free, high-performance working environment.
