The Precedent
The Precedent, located on Avenue Louise in Ixelles, is a 9,000 m² mixed-use project combining offices and retail spaces. Spread over nine floors, it sets new standards in circular and sustainable urban construction.
Designed by Yugening and Orens-Van Grimbergen Architectes, the building features a hybrid structure that promotes the reuse of materials and integrates the use of timber to reduce environmental impact.
Advanced energy, water, and occupancy monitoring systems ensure a comfortable and environmentally responsible working environment.
Delivered at the end of 2023, The Precedent illustrates how circularity, renewable materials, and efficient prefabrication can enhance both environmental and architectural performance.
