Office & administrative assistant

Wood Shapers is a Belgian and Luxembourg company set up at the end of 2019 as a joint venture between BPI Real Estate and the former CFE Contracting. Our ambition is to rethink the real estate sector in a sustainable way by optimising construction processes. Wood Shapers stands out in particular for its use of offsite construction techniques to build large-scale projects using wood and hybrid materials. Wood Shapers is a developer-builder with expertise in everything from project design and engineering to prefabrication of timber and hybrid structures and delivery. By revolutionising the construction industry through an integrated process, Wood Shapers creates sustainable, pleasant and healthy living and working spaces more quickly and efficiently. 

Today we are looking to reinforce our team with some specific expertise. 


Within Wood Shapers, the Office & Administrative assistant is seen as a true partner for the CEO and the various department heads. It ensures the smooth organisation and follow-up of the various administrative and organisational tasks. To the outside world, the latter is the first point of contact and reference of Wood Shapers.

What do we expect from you?

Organising, structuring and optimising the entire operation of office management in order to achieve smooth cooperation.

Key responsabilities

  • Managing the agenda and activities of the CEO
  • Organising, preparing and monitoring management meetings
  • Structuring and optimising the functioning of the various departments
  • Translation of documents into the other national language (NL/FR - FR/NL)
  • Support in the administrative & organisational tasks of the various department heads
  • Follow-up of incoming project files
  • Registering employee attendance via Checkin@Work
